Refund Policy
This page gives users a clear contact route if there is a payment problem, duplicate charge, or access issue after a successful Stripe payment.
When to contact support
- • You paid successfully but premium did not activate.
- • You were charged more than once for the same plan.
- • You cancelled before payment but still believe you were charged.
- • You entered the wrong email details in Stripe and need help matching a receipt.
How to request help
Email support@topwebstern.com with your payment date, the plan you bought, and the email you used at checkout. We aim to respond as quickly as possible during Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 UK time.
Your card statement may show TOPWEBSTERN for app purchases.
